1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Aardvark Design & Manufacture ("we", "our", or "us"). By engaging our services, you ("the client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services
We offer:
Parts development and manufacturing
3D AutoCAD design
3D printing and prototyping
Reverse engineering
Custom off-road brackets and fixtures
Stainless steel TIG welding
All services are customised per project requirements. A detailed project scope, cost estimate, and timeline will be provided before commencement.

3. Quotes & Payments
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and begin a project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final payment is due on completion and before delivery or collection of goods.
Late payments may incur interest charges of 5% per month.

4. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, supply chain issues, or changes in scope. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete project information
Respond to queries and approvals in a timely manner
Review and approve designs before production
We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete client-provided information.

6. Revisions & Changes
Minor revisions are included where reasonable. Additional changes or significant scope adjustments may be subject to extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs and concepts created by us remain the intellectual property of Aardvark Design & Manufacture unless otherwise agreed. Final deliverables may be licensed or transferred upon full payment.

8. Warranty & Liability
We warrant that work will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once production has commenced.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
Custom products cannot be returned unless defective. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

10. Confidentiality
All client information and project details are kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent.
